are there any other ways to further strengthen the existing CT glass using some special foil or something? more like a rhetorical question I guess. :)
Yes, probably the same material you use for home glass film. (Not very expensive and DIY.)

Our glass comes with a 25% tint. If customers desire a darker option, we offer a 14% light transmission option.

Notably, our armored glass is extensively used in thousands of police vehicles in Texas without reported issues related to refraction or reflections. Its appearance seamlessly integrates with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) aesthetics.

And, the user can still lower the window as normal after the install?

When contemplating armored glass, the immediate association often veers towards its application in heavy military use. However, for the majority, such extensive protection proves unnecessary. The most common threat faced by individuals stems from bullets fired from handguns, a concern precisely addressed by the NIJ Level II standard. This standard encompasses various handgun calibers, including 9mm, .357 Sig, .45 ACP, and .40 S&W.

Our company specializes in manufacturing cutting-edge glass designed to withstand these specific handgun rounds. This innovative solution features 15mm thick armored glass that seamlessly integrates with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) actuators, allowing for easy and convenient rolling up and down. This combination of advanced technology and practical design ensures effective protection against everyday threats, offering peace of mind without the need for excessive and bulky military-grade defenses.

If a thief tries to use a spark plug fragment to break door glass will the spark plug fragment cause your armor glass to crack? How much scratching or cracking of your armor glass?

It is not cheap but lets be real.
Truck base cost is $80 and $100k
Currently everyone with one paid an extra $20k to get it early
A LOT of people are dropping another $10k on wraps/tints

So yea it is a good chunk of money, but depending what you live and what you do it may be less "crazy" to spend 10k on BRG than a purple PPF?

how do these glass solutions deal with emergency responders having to break into a vehicle to assist or treat the occupants--is it still fairly easy for them to do so?
It is very hard to push the glass towards the inside. The best bet is to pry it open with a pick or a pry bar.

The ceramic used to break glass will only chip our glass. Won't crack or break in any way. It will behave just like the original glass that is laminated.

Interesting that it is thin enough to go up and down, any rough idea on price, and assume it is per window as some people won't want the back windows bulletproof but will want the drivers?

The price per window is $1,900. The glass has to roll up and down because this is a feature when you shut the door.
