I like the Volcon.

Seems like a fairly easy to repeat design though. I‘m not sure how they are going to stand out in a crowd of off road brands enough to motivate me to invest in one.

I may want to pick one of their bikes up for research purposes though.

I don't see the attraction to "big wheel" motorcycles. They really don't do anything well. Not nimble, not fast, don't handle well at all. Maybe they do okay in a swamp.

The Volcon looks kinda cool and fun, though

I do, but I want to ride them in places where I also ride mountain bikes and to me, being able to to climb up trails without tearing then up is a big advantage.

The fat tires excel in loose rock, gravel and sand. Probably in snow too, but riding a 2-wheeler in show just doesn't seem like a bright idea. :D

I have a buddy who lives in Tahoe and he rides fat tired mountain bikes in the snow every year and loves it. You can’t really do it on powder, but once it’s hardened up A bit they do a good job. They run low pressure, all the way down to 5psi and it is a blast. Also, sand dunes… though that is rough on the drive train and suspension.

I have one being shipped right now. I'll be sure to upload pictures and my opinion of it once it arrives and I have some time to try it out.
We definitely want pictures and ride report!

I had buddy with a big wheel mini bike as a kid. We rode that thing the swamps, places that a dirt bike would not have gone. My neighbors have a Yamaha BW200 that I've ridden a bunch

They are not nimble or fast, but they are very capable in soft or uneven terrain, which is pretty much everywhere off the trail.
