Yesterday, Autonews reported that Stellantis dealers got an early preview of the Ram Dakota pickup during the 2026 NADA Show dealer convention, leaving them impressed and excited about the styling and sales potential of the upcoming midsize truck..
R&T added:
"The dealer body was reportedly rather excited about the sales potential of the truck, specifically noting its aggressive styling. Others stated that the truck has the potential to be a “fierce competitor" in the segment that is currently dominated by the Toyota Tacoma.
“It really did look nice,” Adrian Gonzalez, general manager of Payne Edinburg Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, told AN. “Toyota better be careful—we’re going to start competing with them when it comes to the Tacoma. That says a lot.”"
