what does the column marked error mean, my res. number has something like 2d late reissue. What does that mean?

They were used by the developer to figure out the pattern and distribution of the numbers.

Mine has a mark because the time I submitted and got confirmation was fourteen hours before I got the reservation number. Tesla's system has some batching built in, probably to keep it from being flooded and so the numbers don't get issued in exactly numerical order.
